It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lynn Ballard of Hyden, Kentucky, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Kent Morgan and Nancy Woods Morgan; and her husband Daniel. She is survived by : her son Dustin Ballard (Anngelica) of Hyden, KY; her brother Kenneth Morgan of Hyden, KY; her grandchildren, Chloe, Daniel and Paisley; and her nieces, Leanna Mosley, Harley Morgan, McKenzie Morgan and Kaitlyn Morgan.
