She is survived by: her children, Stevie Caldwell of Richmond, Kentucky, Rita Baker (Vincent) of London, Kentucky and Lavonna Caldwell of Hyden, Kentucky.; her sister Nancy Bailey of Cincinnati, Ohio; her grandchildren, Victoria Caldwell, Jonathon Caldwell, Stevie David Caldwell, Christi Isaacs (Matthew), Sabrina Thompson (John), Rebecca Baker, Melinda Hoskins and William Madden; her great grandchildren, Connor, Cameron, Casey, Corey, Trevor, Tessa, Jayden, Jaylin, Zander, Trinity, Arihana, Traven, Christopher, Matthew, Haley, Emily, Courtney, Kenzie, Daniel, Latasha, Kayleigh, Vincent, Mason, Isaiah, John Tyler, Elijah, Lynsey and Kimber; and her great great grandchildren, Taelynn, Tia, Zander, Ivy, Lucas, Myla, Ryley, Skylar, Jase, Layla and Maislee.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749).
