Howard; her grandchildren, Shawn Caldwell and Mitchell Madden; her great great grandchild Timothy Darrell Zane Caldwell; her siblings, Tester Johnson, Earl Johnson, Everette Johnson, Arbert Johnson and Hazel Hoskins; and her sisters-in-law, Gladys Johnson and Cora Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Drucilla, Mary Breckinridge and Deanna Caldwell (Ralph) of Hyden; her daughter-in-law Lillian Miniard; her brother-in-law Eugene Hoskins; and her grandchildren, Timmy Caldwell, Raegan, Jimmy R. Caldwell, Howard Johnson, Maranda Portwood, Scotty Howard, Amy Smith, Jamiee, Amber Huy, Jeremy, Gary Michael Miniard, Billie Madden, Wayne, James Madden, Jessica Madden and Stephanie Adams. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
