He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Lewis Feltner; his daughters, Margie Karr (Brian) and Rebecca Asher (Ron); his grandchildren, Jessica Howard, Derek Howard and Amanda Asher (Alex); his siblings, Glen Feltner (Geneva) and Joanne Feltner Johnson; his sister-in-law Shirley Feltner; and his close friends, Willie and Effie Feltner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
