He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Begley and Emma Stidham Begley; his wife Jean Begley; his daughter Claretta; his grandsons, Jeff Hacker and Brian Hacker; his great grandchild Derek Scott; and his siblings, Norman Begley, Johnie Begley and Vernie Begley Feltner.
He is survived by: his son Arville Dwayne Feltner; his son-in-law Jack Hacker; his granddaughter Cindall Feltner Sizemore (Timmy); and his great grandchildren, Karley Sizemore and Jacquelyn Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
