He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, H. C. Ratliff and Audrey Napier Ratliff; his son Steven Ratliff; his wife Beverly Susan Edwards Ratliff of Hyden, KY; his daughter Kelly Marie Droste (Art); his sisters, Nancy Sutton (Jim) of Lexington, KY, Edna Amato of Hazard, KY, Kathy Cole (Tom) and Jeanna Caldwell (Gordon) of Hazard, KY; his grandchildren, Skylar and Alex Droste; and his nephew Friends.
