She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Osborne of Hyden, Kentucky; her son Alan Osborne (Janna) of Hyden; her sister Grace Osborne of Hyden; her grandchildren, Tasha Osborne Hollin (Willie Joe), Kisha Osborne Fouts (Josh Whitlow), Dakota Brooke Osborne Brock (Aaron Vanwinkle) and Lauren Turner; and her great grandchildren, Connor Hollin (Makayla Couch), Peyton Fouts, Riley Hollin (Sarah Osborne), Braxton Brock, Colton Fouts, Ryder Brock and Brody Fouts. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
