He is survived by: his wife Lori Kilburn; his daughters, Amanda Kilburn of Hyden, KY and Stephanie Kilburn of Manchester, KY; his siblings, Fred Kilburn of Wooton, KY, Lula Clark of Hyden, KY, Freda Joseph (Donnie) of Wooton, KY, Vicky Barger (Larry) of Wooton, KY and Barbara Melton (late Jerry) of Somerset, KY; his grandchildren, Bentley G. Galloway and Emma G. Galloway; his nieces and nephews, Tyler Rohr, Timmy Adams, Kenny Adams, Daniel Clark, Edward Madden, Keith Barger, Jonathon Joseph, Fred Kilburn, Jr., James Melton, Mary Clark, Josephine Clark Collett, Jennifer Clark, Misty Adams, Joanie Boggs and Madison Rohr; his close friend Kevin; his brothers, Woods, Dan Woods, Terry Stamper, Tony Price, Mike Pruitt and James Napier; and his cousin Tina Collett. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home Chapel (23185 US-421, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
