He is survived by : his wife Joyce Coots Boggs; his children, James Scott Boggs (Vicki) of Hyden, KY and Debbie Williams (Greg) of Yeaddiss, KY; his sisters, Shirley Lewis, Irene Boggs, Gail Baker (Clayton) and Donna Kay Farler; his grandchildren, Emily Boggs (Christian), Stacey Harper (Tony), Nikki Couch, James Williams (Courtney) and Joseph Williams; his great grandchild Daxton Williams; his grandchildren, Lee Collett, Chelsey Fields, Brandy Collett and Dylan Collett (Don Kilburn); his niece Ruth Ellen Kilburn Elenes; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Boggs.
