She was predeceased by: her father Curt Duff; her son C. B. Rezek; her brother Don Duff; and her granddaughter Brittany Rezek Gilliam. She is survived by: her mother Mahala Duff; her daughter Frances Mullins; her grandchildren, Kelly Eberth (Bobby Eberth) and Curt Rezek; her niece Grace Cho (Matt Cho); her nephew Robert Duff (Stacy Roy); and her great grandchildren, Lauren Eberth, Dylan Eberth, Claire Gilliam and Alex Gilliam.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
