He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Joe Morgan, III, Barbara Lewis, Jackie, Brittany Baker and Pat; his sister Rose Helen Morgan; his grandchildren, Michael King, Phillip King, Wolfgang Moore, Cullen Pennington, Landon Lewis, Daniel Morgan, Christian Morgan, Erynn Morgan and Hagan Morgan; his wife Mary Jane Morgan; his son David Allen Morgan; his parents, Elisha Morgan and Dallie Smith Morgan; and his siblings, Gene Morgan, Billy Ray Morgan, Michael Morgan, Russell Morgan, William Morgan, Henry Morgan and Ulee Morgan. He was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
