She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Couch and Sophie Burns; her husband Mark Hoskins; her sons, Richard David Couch and Warren Couch; her granddaughter Lisa Renee; and her siblings, Alfa Burns, Mitchell Burns, Green Burns, Bige Burns, Helen Burns-Sizemore and Roylee Couch.
She is survived by: her sister Evalee Smith of Ohio; her children, Thomas Couch (Edith) of Hyden, Theresa Couch (Frankie) of Hyden, Helen Beringer (Troy) of Belleville, IL and Bige Couch of Indianapolis, IN; and her granddaughters, Bridgit Malone (Nathan) of North Vernon, IN, Amanda Couch (Richard) of Hyden and Tanya Colwell (Dale) of London, KY.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
