She is survived by: her mother Ruth Fields; her children, Jonathan Eversole of Georgetown, KY, Weston Evans of Georgetown, KY and Linda Yaden (Stacy) of Stinnett, KY; her sisters, Kathy Smith and Karla Edwards (Wayne); her grandchildren, Tamra Davidson (Cameron Couch), Austin Davidson (Elizabeth Davidson), Heather Morgan and Jesse Eversole; and her great grandchildren, Nevaeh Davidson, Clay Davidson and Grayson Couch. She is also survived by cousins and many dear friends.
