She is survived by: her father Bentley Fields; her children, Brandon Cornett (Monica) and Kayla Lewis; and her siblings, Bill Fields of Stinnett, KY, Geraldine Fields of Hyden, KY, Wayne Fields Mark Fields (Angel) and Tammy Fields of Jamestown, OH.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home (23185 US-421, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
