She is survived by : her husband Hollis W. Caldwell of Helton, KY.; her son Dana Caldwell (Angelia); her siblings, Bruce Brock (Lorna), Michael Brock (Shantel), Sue Lewis (Eddie) and Bertha Bailey of Indiana; and her granddaughter Kinsey. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
