She was predeceased by: her husband Hurlen Lewis; her brothers, James, Johnny, Carl, Ben and Forster; and her son-in-law Marshall Morgan.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lelia Mae Caldwell, Beulah Faye Caldwell, Irene Boggs, Gail Baker (Clayton) and Kay Farler; her daughters, Wanda Morgan, Linda Joseph and Darlene Lewis; her grandchildren, Carrie Coots (Cheyenne), Jessica Wedgeford and Joshua Joseph; her great grandchildren, Chelsey Coots, Whitney Mize (Zach), Brandy Horn (Devin), Caitlyn Coots, Shawn Mize and Courtney Joseph; her niece Rhonda Caldwell; and her pet Peanut. She is also survived by eight great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Homes (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
