He was predeceased by : his grandmothers, Bonnie and Alene Tye; his great-grandparents, Clara and Leslie Heuser, Sr.; his grandmother Dessie "Meme" Davis; and his uncles, Bill Tye, Bobby Heuser, Kevin Faulkner and Dana Davis.

He is survived by : his parents, Matthew Tye and Suzanne Davis; his brother Dylan Davis (Rebecca); his grandparents, Linda Tye, Roger Tye and William Davis; his cousin Greg Faulkner; his uncle H. C. Faulkner; his aunts, Brenda Norton, Ruth "Aunt Roo" Faulkner and Brandi Strickland; and his pet Copper. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and numerous friends.
