She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Chappell and Vivian Chappell; and her husband Ralph E. Chaffin. She is survived by: her children, Adam Bentley, Chad Bentley, Amber L. Rankin (Geoff) and Christina Carr (Chris); her grandchildren, Summer R. Hackett, Shane Bentley, Caren Spears, Tyler Spears and Savanna Carr; her great grandchildren, Shiloh R. McDaniel, Avery, Rhys and Cordell; and her siblings, Dave Chappell, Vickie Ridner (Les) and Darlene Lee. She is also survived by many other family members, nieces and nephews, and friends.
