She was predeceased by: her mother Jean Lewis (Sherill); and her brother Mike Lewis. She is survived by: her father Lloyd Lewis; her husband Terry Napier; her children, Josh Napier (Nicole) and Amie Napier (Drew Scholl); her grandchildren, Jayden, Lucas, Wyatt, Declan Napier, Kyle Scholl (Hailey) and Kaleb Scholl; and her great grandchildren, Weston and Victoria Scholl.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home (11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Independence Cemetery (5358 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA in Donna's memory.
