Mitchell Lawrence O'Banion, age 17 months, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2011 in Franklin County, IN. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Larry M. Snedicor and paternal grandfather Lawrence J. O'Banion. Survivors include his parents Carmen D. Sickmeier and Lawrence J. O'Banion, II of Independence; sisters Mayzie O'Banion, Brittany Sickmeier, Carlei O'Banion and Madison Sickmeier all of Independence; brothers Andrew Sickmeier and Aiden O'Banion of Independence; maternal grandmother Sharon Sickmeier of Erlanger, paternal grandmother Carole Wilcox of Independence, maternal great-grandmother Jackelyn Smith of West Palm Beach, FL, paternal great-grandmother Dorothy O'Banion of Florence; aunts Chi O'Banion of Ft.

Mitchell and Laura Bolt of Burlington; uncle Taniel Snedicor of Erlanger and cousins C.C. O'Banion, Jessica O'Banion, Courtney and Adrienne Bolt, and Avi Boling. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home of Independence. Funeral Service will be Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 11:00 AM also at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Independence Cemetery, Independence, KY.
