With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy J. Kaufmann of Independence, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy J. Kaufmann to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur E. "Art" Kaufmann; her grandson Josh Haynes; and her siblings, Donald Gaskins and Caroll Dorr. She is survived by: her sons, David and Brian Kaufmann (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jessica Haynes, Tommy Guy (Camille), Heather Bourbeau (Randy), Alyssa Truett (Daniel), Aaron Eaton and Casey Kaufmann; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Lorin, Alexis, Abigail, Cameron, Caleb, Chole, Alana, Aliza, Alivia, Alyssa, Chase and Carter.
