He was predeceased by : his wife Karen S. Rabe. He is survived by : his children, Robert J. Rabe, Jr. (Anita), Tonya M. McClendon and Michael T. Rabe (Tiffany); and his siblings, Nancy, Tom, Dave and Connie. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Connley Brothers Funeral Home (11 E Southern Ave, Covington, KY 41015).
