We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2024, at the age of 67, Sharon Nickell Merrill of Independence, Kentucky, born in Dry Ridge, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warner Nickell and Eloise Ackman Nickell; her son Ronnie Merrill; and her siblings, Charles "Bubby", Henry, Miles, Larry, Jeff, Gary Lee Nickell, Teresa Caswell, Carolyn Davis and Ada Mae Kearns.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Merrill; her children, Jason Merrill, Troy Merrill (Jennifer) and Melinda Dallas (Steven); her siblings, Brian Nickell, Greg Nickell (Lisa), Virginia Varner (Tony), Kathy Caldwell, Angie Rains and Margie Vickers (Donnie); and her pet Zoey. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Elizabeth Hospice Center, 483 S. Loop Rd., Edgewood, KY 41017.
