She is survived by: her husband Robert Owens; her children, Donald Neuspickel (Deidre), Robert Owens Jr. and Amy Andrews (Steven); and her siblings, Glenn Cooper (Shirley), Nickie Cooper, Floyd Cooper Jr. (Tina), Sandra Scott, Connie Suedkamp and Linda Scattschneider (Skip). She is also survived by grandchildren, along with many extended family members and friends.
