He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Stacy and Gladys Stacy (Jude); his son Haskel Eugene Stacy; his siblings, Ben Harrison Stacy, Kenny Ray Stacy, Judy Blackburn, Linda Jude, Tilda Faye Stacy and Brenda Dalton; and his sister-in-law Donna Stacy.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Stacy (Fletcher); his daughters, Angela Lee Smith (Mitchell) of Inez, KY, Stephanie Ann Fletcher (Randy) of Louisa, KY, Andrea Stacy (Willie Blackburn) of Ulysses, KY and Michelle Stacy of Louisa, KY; his siblings, Haskel Stacy (Joyce) of Inez, KY, Elmer Stacy of Van Lear, KY, Jasper Stacy (Nona) of Inez, KY, Diana Kay Fletcher (Gordon) of Tomahawk, KY and Tammy Fannin (Joe) of Milo, KY.; his grandchildren, Stacy Adams (Ethan), Jeffery Ritchie (Courtney), Isom Ritchie, Alandria Smith, Jada Smith, Blake Fletcher (Libby), Bella Fletcher, Austin Fletcher (Amanda), Rebecca Hatfield (Brad), Morgan Blackburn, Jo Jo Blackburn, Corbin Blackburn and Lucas Blackburn; and his great grandchildren, Natalie Adams, Riley Adams, Oakley Ritchie, Natalie Rose, Archer Johnson, Kayson Fletcher, Madaline Fletcher and Rosemary Brewer. He is also survived by one great grandchild on the way, a host of nieces and nephews, and "adopted" children.
