He was predeceased by : his father William Partick; and his siblings, Jimmy Patrick, Lois (Patrick) and Patty Grubb. He is survived by : his children, Billy Patrick of Debord, KY, William Derek Patrick of Inez, KY, Hester Patrick (Rodney) of Salyersville, KY and Vinie Renay Spence of Debord, KY; his siblings, George Patrick of Inez, KY, Sam Patrick (Carolyn) of Warfield, KY, Ruby Whitt of Williamson, WV, Sadie Cesco of Prestonsburg, KY and Marlene Stanley of Warfield, KY.; and his grandchildren, James Maynard (Krista), Justin Maynard, Charlene Maynard, Ashley Fannin, Samantha Taylor, Seth Patrick, Joshua Spence, Braxton Spence and Denzel Patrick. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
