He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley "Tootsie" Horn and Francis Horn (Crum); his siblings, Bobby Joe, Riley Jr., Ronald Horn and Patricia Thornton; his grandparents, Sam, Dixie Horn (Hammond), John and Zettie Crum; his siblings-in-law, Connie Horn (Whitt) and Mark Thorne; and his nephew Dennis Brian Horn.
He is survived by: his wife Arizona Horn (Moore) of Inez, KY; his children, Gary Lee Reed (Amy) of Lexington, KY and Mandy Dials (Dustin) of Inez, KY.; his grandchildren, Jeramie Reed of Miami, FL, Tyler Reed of Richmond, KY, Hunter Dials of Inez, KY and Hope Dials of Inez, KY; his niece Katie Moore; his sister Deidre Horn Moore (Kevin); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Robinson, Virgie Muncy, Judy Cline, Mary Estep and Ballard Moore.
