She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hostein and Marie Hostein; her son Dallas Edmond Pack; and her siblings, Dewey Holstein, Jay Holstein, Billy Holstein, Frida Whittmer and Donna Filson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Pack (Kathie) of Lodi, OH, Alice Marie Dean of Nimitz, WV, Lydia Pack of Mainville, OH and Sonya Pack (Brian) of Columbus, OH; her siblings, Dallas Hostein, Linda Mitchell, Deborah Johnson and Shirley Holstein; and her grandchildren, Tonya Wilson (Scott), Amber Yarborough (Donald), Anthony Dean, Scottie Dean, Dallas Edmond Pack, Eric Murphy, Rebecca Daniels (Joe), Elijah Daniels, Michael Pack (Amy), Calvin Pack, Lindsey Straley (Chris) and Kaitlyn Moore (Clay). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
