He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Penix (Crum); and his sister Rhonda Maynard. He is survived by: his father Ronnie Mills of Inez, KY; his wife Tammy Ann Mills (Howard) of Inez, KY; his children, Jason Mills of Georgetown, KY and Erica Mills of Inez, KY; his stepsons, Dylan Turner and Matthew Turner; his siblings, Ryan Mills, Anthony Mills, Lois Wells and Kayla Huffman; his granddaughters, Sophia and Marley; and his stepgrandson Marshall.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Crum Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
