He is survived by: his children, James Moore (Amy) of Inez, KY, Justin Staton (Shae) of Warfield, KY, Stephanie Hopkins (Mike) of Georgetown, KY and Ashley Bowen (Eric) of Fallsburg, KY; his siblings, Bobby Moore, Shawn Moore, Cathy Chapman of Pilgrim, KY, Marlene Jude of Pilgrim, KY, Carolyn Sue Meyer of Paintsville, KY, Mary Fletcher of Lawrence County, KY and Joyce Hommel of Newport, TN.; his close friend Nancy Jude; and his grandchildren, Tyler Moore, Matthew Moore, Keegan Moore, Alex Hopkins and Kendra Staton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
