Mills, Jr. (Margie) of Prestonsburg, KY, Stephen Lamar Mills of Louisville, KY, Justin Kyle Mills of Oregon, Eric Allen Jude (Amanda) of Inez, KY, Jacquelyn Renea Stacy (Frankie) of South Carolina and Vicky Perkins; and his sisters, Jackie Galer of Inez, KY, Shelia Crum of Inez, KY and Iva Jude (Odias) of Inez, KY.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
