She is survived by : her husband Paul; her mother Rose Mary Blackburn; her siblings, Dean Blackburn, Douglas Blackburn, Udella Cook, Emma Lou Sluss (Kevin) and Karen Horn (Brent); and her nieces and nephews, Brady, Jared, Andrew, Josh, Katie and Ashley.
