Osborne (Tracy) of Paintsville, KY and Janet Osborn Crisp (Claude) of Nebo, NC; his stepchildren, Franklin "Pete" Fitzpatrick (Nancy) of Inez, KY and Cathy Fitzpatrick-Sparks (Gary) of Beauty, KY; his brothers, Jay L.
