She is survived by: her husband Prentice Maynard of Inez, KY; her son Charles Richard Crum (Sherrie) of Louisa, KY; her brothers, Charles E. Kirk of Inez, KY, Hubert D. Kirk of Beverly Shores, IN and Terry D. Kirk of Great Cacapon, WV; and her grandchildren, Brady Crum, Jamie Painter and Cameron Painter.
