She is survived by: her mother Connie Horn; her sister Crystal Hazlett (Jerry); her cousin Joseph Meade; her aunt Donna Meade (Cecil); her sisters, Tammy Reavis (Joe), Melissa Horn (Ray) and Rhonda Howell (Kenny); and her children, Cody Howell (Kaylee), Keneisha Mullins (Garrett), Colton, Connor, Todd Howell (Lynzy), Misty Howell, Jessica Seacrist, Breonna Horn, James Adkins and Bree Blackburn. She is also survived by cousins, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
