He is survived by: his daughter Kelli Jo Blair Scott (William); his grandchildren, Connor Kirk, Jett Blair, Ravyn Scott and Cage Scott; his siblings, Harriett Meade, Ida Mae Ward, Lorna Cassady, Alberta Crum and John Roy Kirk; his great-nephews, Jeremy Kirk, Kenny Floyd Ward, James Cassady, Josh Cassady, Paul "Junior" Meade and Rick Crum; his close friend Kathy Kirk (Jeffrey); his friend Brian Bowen; and his sister Norma "Susie" Kirk McCormick.
