He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Barker; and his grandparents, Harrison and Marie Mills. He is survived by: his sister Connie Mills Maynard (Gordon) of Inez, KY; and his nieces, Emmy Maynard and Paige Maynard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
