He is survived by: his wife Vivian Jane Osborne of Inez, KY; his children, Clay Osborne (Elizabeth) of Hode, KY and Janessa Osborne of Inez, KY; his mother-in-law Alvatine Williams of Inez, KY; his sisters, Doris Copley of Warfield, KY and Kathy Patrick of Ashland, KY.; and his grandchildren, Blake Osborne, Brayden Osborne and Ayden Osborne.
