With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Johnson of Inez, Kentucky, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on October 2, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Wendell Johnson; and his brother Wendell Michael Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Edna Luster Johnson of Inez, KY.; his daughter Sasha Johnson; and his brother Charles Johnson (Diana Lynn Haney) of Columbus, OH.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with arrangements.
