He was predeceased by: his precious dachshunds, Percy and Littleman. He is survived by: his parents, Harlen Marcum and Pat Kirk Marcum; his sister Katrina Rudd (Stephen); and his sibling's children, Grant Rudd and Erin Grace Rudd of Royalton, KY.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Arbor Youth Services or Lexington Humane Society in Phillip's name.
