He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow McCoy and Alice Coeva Pauley Newsome; and his brothers, Pat McCoy and Tommy Pauley. He is survived by: his son Frank McCoy of Ohio; and his siblings, Shonnie Pauley of Inez, KY, Lonnie Mitchell Pauley of Inez, KY, Ronnie Pauley and Regina Pauley.
