She was predeceased by : her father Sturgill Carter; her husband Willard Johnson; and her sister Claudia Pack. She is survived by : her children, Elmer Stacy, Jr. of Tomahawk, KY, Carmel Stacy (Mary Sue) of Debord, KY, William Johnson of Tomahawk, KY, Jessie Johnson of Oregon and Teresa Johnson of Oregon; her siblings, Ricky Carter of Tomahawk, KY, Randy Carter of Tomahawk, KY and Donna Blair of Tomahawk, KY; her grandmother Mae Stacy (Kathy Shoptaw) of Inez, KY; and her grandchildren, Tommy Johnson, Hunter Fitch, Carlee Jude, Jacob Hinkle, Brandon Bundy, Alex Bundy, Ashley Bundy, Desiree Johnson and Chris Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost.
