She was predeceased by: her parents, Omia Edward and Donna Jean Allen (Griffith); and her siblings, Timmy Delong and Tracy Maynard. She is survived by: her children, Terry Horne (Julie) of Columbus, OH, Brian Horne of Columbus, OH, Katherine Bostic (Jay) of Columbus, OH and Salina Alrawahna of Columbus, OH; her stepdaughter Christina Chavis-Artis; and her siblings, David Nelson Delong (Nina Piaggio) of Martin County, KY, Edward Eugene Delong (Cora) of Martin County, KY and Shirley Maynard (David) of Perry County, OH.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224).
