He was predeceased by : his father Earnest Ray Moore; and his grandparents, Virgil, Alma Moore and Herman Hammond. He is survived by : his mother Vera Hammond of Inez, KY; his grandmother Lois Hammond of Michigan; his half-brothers, Brent Moore of West Virginia and Steven Moore of Morehead, KY; his sister Sara Mollett of Michigan; his nephews, Hunter and Grayson Marcum; his aunts, Patty Ramey of Inez, KY and Debbie Hammond of Michigan; and his uncle Herman Russel Hammond of Michigan.
