He was predeceased by: his parents, Estill Witt and Pauline Witt; his brother Glenn Thomas Witt; and his nephews, Gabriel Aaron Witt and Joshua Ray Witt.

He is survived by: his brothers, David Witt (Donna) of Irvine and Dale Witt (Betsy) of Bellbrook, OH.; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Evans (Hunter), Nathan Luebke (Abby) and Brennon Luebke; and his nieces and nephews, Erica Mitchell (Chris), Lindsey Trent (Logan), Suzanne Witt (Paul), Danielle Witt, Jamie Witt and Lucas Witt. He is also survived by five grandchildren and many great nieces and nephews.
