She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Hawkins and Hallie Rose Hawkins; her husband Herman Floyd; and her siblings, Addie Lee Cummins, Henry, Willie, Raymond and Tommy Hawkins Jr..

She is survived by : her daughter Demetria Rogers (Michael); and her niece Tamara Fox.
