He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Robert Puckett, Kenneth Puckett (Pam), Roseann Adams and Nancy PuckettSeveral. He is also survived by his parents and his wife.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
