He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Newton Johnson and Mildred Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Velma Johnson Garrett; his wife LaDonna Dozier Johnson; his daughter Andrea Maybrier (Todd); and his grandchildren, Peyton Sellers (Parker) and Parker Maybrier (Alivia).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ravenna Church of God (210 3rd St, Ravenna, KY 40472).
