She was predeceased by: her spouse Clayborn Walling; her parents, Elbert Haddix and Melinda Haddix; her siblings, George Lee Haddix, Burnie Haddix, Jerry Haddix, Pauline Beinke, Omedia Ashley, Bessie Haddix and Nancy Haddix; and her grandson Jeffery J. Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Adams (Jeff) of Lucasville, Ohio, Debbie Lyon (Ernie) of Beverly Hills, Florida, Tammy Arvin of Irvine, Liz Rose (Jamie) of Irvine and George Walling of Irvine; her sisters, Rachel Hodge of Decard and Ellen Clemons (Bill) of Union; and her sister-in-law Barbara Henry of Irvine, Kentucky.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home of Irvine (224 Main St, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
