She was predeceased by : her stepfather Donald Hardy. She is survived by : her parents, Jack Neal and Gail Holiway Hardy; her children, Tosha Neal (Estill Co) and Chad Neal (CJ); her siblings, Charlena Hardy and Tim Neal; her grandchildren, Fisher Neal, Jonah Neal and Kaedence Neal; and her close friend Brad Raider.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
